Compassionate Core Retreat: 1.20.24, 9am-12pm MST

This retreat will serve women with high ambitions (especially burnt out mamas) to help offer compassion to your struggles, to provide much-needed time to feel & strengthen your core, and to give you tools to build your strength in the days to come. We all want to be at our best- but sometimes it takes a pause to prioritize our needs.

In this 3-hour mini-retreat on January 20th, 2024 from 9-12 MST, we will meet together as a collective of women- both in-person and online to tend to our fatigue, sadness, and suffering. We will reclaim our courage to simply admit what we need- by listening and waking up the strength of our deepest core muscle and values. All of this will be accomplished through journaling, guided visualizations, feeling your core through breathwork and strengthening exercises, and getting clarity about the simple actions we can take in 2024 to feel more whole, alive, and strong. FAQ’s:

Where will the in-person retreat be located? We will meet in a lovely space in North Boulder that has perfect vibes for women.

How will it work to connect online? I have been doing Zoom sessions with clients and groups for over 3 years and will have my trusty side-kick to help me with the tech for the room. You will be included in as many ways as possible and will receive all instruction and support I can give. All you need is a comfy and quiet space free from distraction, a mat or blanket to lay on, and your pen/paper.

What do I need to bring? A yoga mat or blanket you can use on the floor and your water bottle and your open and beautiful heart.

What age is appropriate? I recommend this to anyone over 20 years of age so that the adult women can feel free to share vulnerably in our community. If you love this idea for those under 20, let me know:)

Will there be snacks/drinks? What’s a retreat for women without some great treats? I will be providing snacks and drinks for our time together that are gluten and dairy free:)
