Nicole offers 2 options for coaching:
1) Personalized workout programs designed specifically for you to do independently each week that are then changed every 2-4 weeks. You will progress in each stage to gain consistency, strength, and confidence as you see your body and mind shift toward a new capacity. You will receive a recorded tutorial of our session where Nicole walks you through each exercise to cue your best form AND a detailed digital template to follow along in written form.
2) 3-Month Restore your Core Intensive: This combination of health and fitness coaching restores your mindset, movement, and mission- three components to get your head and body in motion- and a plan to keep you on track. After three months, you will be making consistent progress toward having less pain, deeper strength, and an improved mood. This intensive includes bi-weekly small group classes & 30-min private planning & coaching call, plus weekly private fitness session.
