At 13, Nicole discovered the power of movement to bring hope and confidence amidst depression and self-doubt. Since then, she’s used it as a lifeline through infertility, mental health struggles, and major life setbacks.

As a mother of four who has juggled multiple jobs, Nicole understands how hard it can be to prioritize your health. But she also knows it’s worth it—because your life matters, and your body is built to support your purpose.

If you're ready to rebuild your strength after illness, surgery, pregnancy, or personal challenges, Nicole brings both experience and compassion to help guide your journey.


Virtual Health & Fitness Coaching

Nicole offers multiple options for coaching:

1) 1:1 or Semi-Private Coaching: Looking for consistent support to elevate your progress? Nicole meets with clients online or in-home for a personalized approach that helps you get stronger, heal from chronic issues, and overcome the hurdles that typically get in the way of meeting goals. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions for 1-3 months are recommended.

2) Online LIVE Strength Class! Meet me online in the comfort of your home at 6 am on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays each week! $160 for a package of 8 sessions.

3) Personalized workout programs designed specifically for you to do independently each week that are then changed every 2-4 weeks. You will progress in each stage to gain consistency, strength, and confidence as you see your body and mind shift toward a new capacity. You will receive a recorded tutorial of our session where Nicole walks you through each exercise to cue your best form AND a detailed digital template to follow along in written form.

4) 3-Month Restore your Core Intensive: This combination of health and fitness coaching restores your mindset, movement, and mission- three components to get your head and body in motion- and a plan to keep you on track. After three months, you will be making consistent progress toward having less pain, deeper strength, and an improved mood. This intensive includes bi-weekly small group classes & 30-min private planning & coaching call, plus weekly private fitness session.
