The human body as over 650 muscles, 206 bones, and 7 trillion nerves that tell those muscles what to do. When you apply stress to these systems you will find yourself more fit, strong, and capable to keep doing all of what you love in life.

Movement is MEDICINE!

In this body weight workout you will get a short warm-up and a couple of ways to modify things for different levels of fitness. Take these exercises and have fun with them by playing your own favorite music.
